We have no minimum order quantity across the tie product range! For scarves, the minimum order quantity is determined by the manufacturing process, these are:

Dry dye manufacturing process:

• Polyester Georgette – 1
• Cotton – 1

Wet dye manufacturing process:

• Polyester – 25
• Silk-25

• Silk – 50

You can order from a single quantity to thousands. The price is always based on your total order quantity – regardless of how many different design and sizes you choose.

Our manufacturing department can fulfil any size order, from a single quantity to thousands. Of course, we offer competitive trade prices.

No. We can’t charge you a set-up fee – after all, you are the designer!

However, a design charge is applied when we use our in-house designers to create a design for you and/or make alterations to your submitted designs.

No, there are no hidden extras – our pricing is transparent. You can see you total price when you add your customised products to your basket.

We accept BACS, card, PayPal & cheque payments. For schools, we can proceed with proof of a purchase order.

Let us know when your event is and we will prioritise to meet your needs. Typical delivery times for each product are detailed below, for mainland UK. For orders outside of mainland UK, please add 2-3 days to the express service.

For woven ties:

• Standard Delivery is four weeks
• Express Delivery is three weeks. Orders shipped outside UK mainland may require additional transit time. Please contact us if you require a special delivery service.

For printed ties:

• Standard Delivery is two weeks
• Express Delivery is one week

For novelty ties:

• Standard Delivery is two weeks
• Express Delivery is one week

For polyester georgette and cotton printed scarves:

• Standard Delivery is two weeks
• Express Delivery is one week

For printed polyester and silk scarves:

• Standard Delivery is four weeks
• Express Delivery is three weeks

Additional charges may apply for delivery sooner than the express service time frame.

As your tie / scarf is custom manufactured, a sample can only be made by placing an order for a single quantity. Alternatively, once an order is placed, we are able to show you an image of a swatch for approval.

Our palette online is a subset of colours available in our database.

If you require a colour that is not on our palette, get in touch with us. Our threads are matched to the Pantone codes. You can also send us a swatch of a colour you require and we will match it for you.
